Why we Give
Giving is an act of worship; it is our opportunity to respond to God’s goodness and
share in His mission. 2 Corinthians 9:7 So let each one give as he purposes in his
heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.

How to become an Intentional Christian Man

Definition on intentional: “done on purpose”

Question: Who or what is leading your life?

He also told them this parable: “Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into a pit?(Luke 6:39)

The only way to see change in our life is to live an intentional life.

Figure out what will please Christ, and then do it. (Eph 5:10 (The Message)

Question: What’s one thing I can do today that would make the biggest difference in my life?

5 Essentials of Life:

Faith – must have the Holy Spirit in your life

Family – if failure at home – Failure!

Health – what do we allow in our lives?

Finances – follow Biblical principles

Work – What sets us apart from everyone else?

Who are you following?

As he walked along, he saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax collector’s booth. “Follow me,” Jesus told him, and Levi got up and followed him. (Mark 2:14)

You will become like the people you choose to follow in life.

Every day you must decide whether or not you’re going to be an Intentional Man

Challenge: Decide to be an intentional follower of Jesus Christ.

Our lives should be so reflective of Jesus, that people ask, “What’s different about you?”
